• • Cofounded ProntoMigo in Italy. We met local businesses and drivers, then shipped delivery first: the customer orders, a driver picks up, and the order is tracked live, with Stripe Connect payouts.
• • Cofounded ClosePinger from direct conversations with accountants. The portal tracks what each client still owes, whether they have paid, and which extra work to bill, and it chases documents automatically.
• • Created EveryCare, a senior-care coordination app (Go API, offline-first Expo app), and RidePlus, which runs rides, parcels, and cargo on one dispatch (Go, PostGIS, NATS).
• • Created OptimalLab (optimallab.dev): 40 interactive sessions, 17 on AI — tokenization, attention, sampling, embeddings, hybrid search, RAG, evals, tool calling, MCP, and agent patterns — plus 178 linked DSA practice problems.
• • Own the product and the implementation across Next.js, React Native, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Stripe, and deployment on Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, and AWS.

• • Took claims and field inspections from paper and phone calls to production — photo and video evidence captured and annotated on the device, then reviewed in the office dashboard.
• • Modelled claim and inspection records in MongoDB so different insurance products did not each require a schema migration.
